Stefano Pileri

Stefano Pileri was born in Rome in 1955. He received his degree in Electronic Engineering in 1980 and his Masters in Applied Electromagnetism in 1981.
Pileri joined SIP (Italian Telecom Operator) in 1982 where he assumed increasing responsibilities over the years in the Network Management Systems Department. In 1993 he became responsible for the Network Development and Operation in the Emilia-Romagna territory, and in March 1997 became responsible for Network Planning and Marketing in the Network Division of Telecom Italia. In June 1997 he assumed total responsibility of Planning, Marketing and Engineering.
In March 1998 he became President of Network in Telecom Italia and since July 2000 has been President of Network in Domestic Wireline Business Unit of Telecom Italia.

Eric Fremont

Eric Fremont is Senior Vice President Information Technology, Verizon Customer Management Systems - Wholesale, responsible for design, development, implementation, and performance of systems for the Wholesale Line of Business. This includes all internal and external customer facing systems, as well as the core OSS applications that support the Wholesale Business Channel. Eric began his career in 1985 as a systems engineer with EDS, holding various positions on numerous large scale projects at a variety of financial services clients. He joined Sprint Communications in 1987 and as Senior Manager, Distributed Systems Technologies, focused on developing both customer care and network applications based on distributed systems technologies. In 1994, he joined Bell Atlantic as Director of Software Engineering. He was responsible for the development of a strategic object oriented architecture and service order entry platform for Large Business. In 1997, Eric was named A.V.P of Service Delivery and Assurance and after the merger of Bell Atlantic and GTE was named Senior Vice President Information Technology, Verizon Communications.

Young-Hyun Cho

Young-Hyun Cho is a Vice President of TNL (Telecommunications Network Lab) at Korea Telecom (KT) R&D Group, Daejeon, Korea. He received his M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in electronic engineering from the Yeonsei University, Korea in 1984 and 1996, respectively. He joined KT in 1984 and since then has carried out many network operations and management systems development projects and led TMN technologies and applications research. He is currently responsible for TNL.
Young-Hyun Cho began his telecommunications career in 1979 at ETRI (Electronics & Telecommunications Research Institute) where he participated in switching system O&M technologies development projects. He was vice chair of APNOMS'98 and general chair of APNOMS'99. He is a member of KICS and KNOM.
